Bradley S. Stout has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of legal matters throughout Southeastern Michigan for over thirty-five years. Mr. Stout's primary areas of practice are Family Law, Personal Injury, Criminal Defense and General Litigation Mr. Stout has represented individuals and business entities in civil and criminal cases at every level of trial and appellate Court in Michigan as well as the Federal Court System. Mr. Stout is licensed to practice law throughout Michigan and the Federal Court System, including before the United State Supreme Court.
Mr. Stout has been appointed as an Arbitrator and Mediator by Courts at the District and Circuit Court State level and previously instructed litigation at Oakland University's Paralegal Program.
A second generation attorney, Mr. Stout attended Michigan State University where he graduated in 1983 with a Degree in Political Science - Pre Law. Thereafter, Mr. Stout attended Law School at Wayne State University while working full-time during the day as a law clerk at the Oakland County Circuit Court. Mr. Stout received his Juris Doctor Degree from Wayne State University in 1987 and was licensed to practice law in Michigan that same year.
Mr. Stout and his wife are long time residents of the Clarkston community. When he is not working or spending time with his spouse and four adult children, Mr. Stout enjoys golfing, snow skiing, coaching travel baseball and supporting Michigan State Athletics.
